Face Masks, Tights & Socks:
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for face masks, tights & socks.
Clair de Lune products:
Please contact us on email@example.com if you would like to return any Clair de Lune products and our Team will organise this. Please do not return these to address below as we will not be able to accept it and goods will be returned to you.
Rachel Riley clothing:
If you are not entirely happy with items purchased, providing the goods are in perfect condition with an original receipt, Rachel Riley Ltd can offer:
A full refund for goods within 14 days of receipt.
A credit note (valid 6 months) or exchange for goods within 3 months of receipt
A full refund for goods within 7 days of receipt.
A credit note (valid 6 months) or exchange for goods within 3 months of receipt; no sale items can be exchanged after the sale has ended.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive the refund via the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank. Please note we cannot currently accept any exchanges or returns at our Marylebone High Street shop.
