  1. Eligibility: Open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
  2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
    • Follow @rachelrileyuk and @lovetodream on Instagram
    • Like the competition post and share it to their Instagram Stories
    • Tag friends in the comments of the competition post
    • Optional: Subscribe to the mailing lists via the link in bio for an extra entry (signs you up to both Rachel Riley and Love To Dream newsletters)
  3. Prize: One winner will receive a gift worth £200, comprising a £100 Rachel Riley gift voucher and a Love To Dream Swaddle Starter Bundle. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the competition closing date. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or an alternative winner may be selected.
  5. Competition Period: Entries will be accepted until 6th April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
