Referrals Scheme - Terms & Conditions
Referrals are valid for first-time customers only. Friends must spend a minimum of £1 in order to use the referral discount. Friend referral discounts are valid for 3 days after issue. 1-2 business days after a successful purchase by the friend referred using the referral discount code, advocate will receive a gift card via email for £15, which will also be valid 14 days from issue date.
Referral purchases must be made by new customers. Accounts created by existing customers with different names and/or emails will not be rewarded.
Referral purchases must be billed and shipped to new customers. Purchases made by new customer accounts and billed or shipped to existing customers will not be rewarded. This includes using a family or household member's name/email or shipping a purchase to an alternate address like a place of work.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Rachel Riley Ltd, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
